There is a total of 41,068± MBF of primarily 98± to 139± year old Douglas-fir, and an estimated 650± acres of 24± to 49±
year old pre-merchantable Douglas-fir.
All three auction properties have habitat suitable for Marbled Murrelet, which is protected by the Endangered Species
Act (ESA). The timber appraisal conducted by Northwest Forestry Services used a model to both quantify suitability
of habitat for each property, and to project a buffer which may be required for each property. This information is
being provided to prospective bidders.
