Washington, and California, being sold by banks, corporations, developers and a public agency.

Auctions since 1987.
These properties are to be sold using Published Reserve Prices. Eight properties will be sold with No
Minimum Bid prices, to the high bidder.
No properties are offered with Starting Bids, Hidden Reserves, or Buyers’ Premiums.
