Introduction
We are pleased to present our 2014 Spring Auction Catalog, with properties located in
Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California being sold by banks, corporations, investment
firms, builders and developers. Realty Marketing/Northwest has been conducting these
regularly-scheduled Spring and Fall Auctions since 1987.
These 80 properties are to be sold using Published Reserve and No Minimum Bid prices. Six
properties will be sold with No Minimum Bid, to the high bidder.
No properties are offered with Starting Bids, Hidden Reserves, or Buyers’ Premiums.
