DESCRIPTION:

Forks, and within the Willamette National Forest. It has an estimated 2.6± million board feet with 50% of the volume being
40± year old Douglas-fir with the balance a mix of western hemlock, true firs and western red cedar on 148± acres. There is
4± acres of 5± year old Douglas-fir in the northwest corner of the tract. The tract has moderate to steep east- and south-facing
slopes. Parkett Creek is along the southern boundary of the tract and there is a small amount of North Santiam River frontage
in the southeast corner. Access to the property is from USFS and private lands that are adjacent to the tract. An easement will
be provided by Marion Forks Timber Company.
