Realty Marketing/Northwest is a real estate marketing and brokerage company with offices in Portland, Oregon and Sammamish, Washington with affiliated brokers in Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Alaska. Established in 1985, it is the largest operation of its kind in the Northwestern United States.
Realty Marketing/Southeast was established in 1998 to serve our corporate clients in the forest products industry with the disposition of surplus lands throughout the Southeastern United States.
Renowned for its creative marketing techniques, the thoroughness of the information provided and its follow-through to close of escrow, Realty Marketing/Northwest and Realty Marketing/Southeast are widely acclaimed by both Buyers and Sellers.
| Since 1986, Realty Marketing/Northwest has conducted over 125
regional auctions and sealed bid marketing campaigns in which over
3,000 properties have been successfully marketed for 225 clients.
Realty Marketing/Northwest has conducted both project and scattered auction programs of residential, resort, commercial, industrial, arm, ranch, and timber properties. Our auction-marketing program is simply aggressive "unconventional" marketing, and involves an intense sales effort to market properties. It then utilizes the impact of competitive bidding to close sales to the highest bidders. |

The entire marketing program is normally accomplished in eight to twelve weeks with Realty Marketing/Northwest staff continuing with the project after auction to supervise escrows to their successful close.
