Barn
The 4,200± sq. ft. barn is located alongside the pasture and used mainly to store saddles, tack, and packing gear. There is one large corral, two medium corrals and four small corrals that can accommodate 25± horses.

Fabrication Shop
Located by the barn with welding equipment, miscellaneous other equipment, and older generator.

Sawmill
Two open structures located in northern portion of property with sawmill, planer and peeler used to maintain property. There is a three-foot circular saw.

Hangar
Three sided hangar located by 2,400± foot airstrip.

Washroom/ Laundry
Located by Main Lodge with two restrooms, showers, laundry and sleeping room for employee.

Miscellaneous Outbuildings
At the rear of the Lodge is a workshop, outhouse, wood storage shed with small and large freezers and refrigerator,

and shop for dry food storage with a cooler. In addition, there are sheds for both the tractor and generator.

Utilities
A concrete cistern feeds the water system and water is provided from a spring box from U.S. Forest Service land with special permit. Two on-site diesel generators provide power. There is propane gas for hot water and the kitchen. Septic systems serve the cabins, Main Lodge, and public restroom and shower.
