IMPROVEMENTS*

Main Lodge
This two story, 1,600± sq. ft. building overlooks the pasture along the Minam River, with main floor having commercial kitchen, dining area and two fireplaces. There are two bedrooms with double beds on the main floor and a sleeping dormitory on the second floor with ten single beds. The Lodge has an outdoor deck, horseshoe pit, fire pit and BBQ. An outdoor hot tub is located near the camping and teepee area.

Family Cabin
The family cabin is located south of the Lodge and can accommodate a total of six guests with two bedrooms, full bath and woodstove.

Four Duplex Cabins
Each cabin is an estimated 500 sq. ft. and consists of two units each with bathroom/ shower and wood stove. A total of 20 guests can be accommodated in the four duplex cabins.

  Located near the Family Cabin with each unit having a double and single bed (six guests).
• Tree House
  Located by Main Lodge with each unit having a double bed (four guests).
• Niche
  Located by Main Lodge with each unit having a double bed (four guests).
• Pine Lodge
  Located by Niche Cabin with each unit having a double and single bed (six guests).
