DESCRIPTION: This Christmas Tree Farm and timber tract is located 10± miles southeast of Oregon City and 30± miles from Portland in the Beavercreek area of Clackamas County. Approximately 20 acres are planted with an estimated 20,000 noble fir Christmas Trees that are 8-12± years old, providing the opportunity for a turnkey commercial operation for a new owner (see Supplemental Information Package inventory detail). There is an access drive from Lower Highland Road, a well, and several storage sheds for equipment. There is 12 to 65 year old Douglas fir on 14± acres with an estimated 208 MBF that is ready to harvest. After harvest of the Christmas Trees, the property could be planted in berries or some other crop due to the high value Jory soils.

Approval of a homesite is subject to conditions related to a minimum benchmark for farm income two out of five years or a template test (see Supplemental Information Package for details).
