The property has an estimated volume of 1,343 MBF of 45± year old timber on 40± acres of the tract providing near-term cash flow. 70% of this estimated volume is in Whitewoods. 47± acres are stocked with 15 - 19 year old Douglas fir reproduction. The forestry zoning designation allows for minimum lot sizes of 20 acres. The topography ranges from moderate to steep and offers territorial views of the Cascade Mountains.

From Monroe, follow Highway 203 south toward Duvall. After passing the Skykomish River Bridge, turn left onto Ben Howard Road. Proceed through the gate approximately 1 mile to the property.
