Lake Tahkenitch and High Pass Tree Farms

Block C is located 2± miles northeast of Block B, along Fivemile Creek in two sections, bisected by the creek, with moderate east and west facing slopes. It contains 2,836 MBF located on 108± acres along the western portion of the tract, with access via an easement from DR Johnson Lumber Company. The balance of Block C is located along the east bank of Fivemile Creek and contains 10 year old reproduction. The southwest section of 39± acres has been recently harvested and replanted.

Block D is 138± acres and is located one mile east of Block C, along both sides of Fivemile Creek, It contains an estimated 2,886 MBF of primarily 40 to 44 year old timber. Fivemile Creek Road runs along the northern bank of the creek. There is no developed access to the 60± acres south of Fivemile Creek at this time.
