DESCRIPTION: These two timber and recreation tracts are located 14± miles north of White Salmon, Washington and Hood River, Oregon and east of the White Salmon River. They were acquired as part of the 2008 DNR Land Exchange.

Auction Property #110 is a 117± acre tract located overlooking Bear Valley, with an estimated 698 MBF of primarily Douglas fir, western larch and ponderosa pine. There is a logging road which provides access to the northwest corner of the tract.

Auction Property #111 is a 39± acre tract and is located one-quarter mile northeast of Auction Property #110. It contains an estimated 815 MBF of primarily Douglas fir and true firs. There is access from a logging road to the northeast corner (see Supplemental Information Package for timber inventory detail and easements). Please note that there is an easement that provides access to both tracts but currently cannot be used due to bridge repairs. The Seller has a temporary permit with adjoining land owners and will make arrangements for access.
