There is access from US Highway 2 by existing forest roads into the eastern portion of the tract. The topography is steep, ranging from 2,400± to 3,300± feet. The property has been recently harvested with a residual volume estimated at 1,512 MBF of primarily pine. Access to this parcel must first be approved by the Auction Information Office. Please call before visiting the tract. There is a locked gate on the entrance road.
