DESCRIPTION: This 463± acre timber and recreation tract is located in Chelan County, on the east slopes of Stevens Pass, adjacent to a not currently operating mill site in the town of Winton, near Lake Wenatchee. There is access from US Highway 2 by existing forest roads into the eastern portion of the tract. The topography is steep, ranging from 2,400± to 3,300± feet. The property has been recently harvested with a residual volume estimated at 1,512 MBF of primarily pine. Access to this parcel must first be approved by the Auction Information Office.
