There is an estimated 575 MBF of Douglas fir, pine and hardwoods on 115± acres. The balance of the property is non-commercial forest land. There is physical access to the western portion of the tract along several ridgetops in the northwest corner. The balance of the property has moderate to steep slopes. A tributary of Indian Creek is located along the eastern portion of the property.
