DESCRIPTION: This 119± acre Wilson River frontage timber and recreation tract is located along one of the premier winter steelhead and salmon fishing rivers in the Pacific Northwest, and is within a 90 minute drive of Portland. The property was harvested and replanted in 2006 with Douglas fir, and adjoins the Tillamook State Forest. There is almost one mile of Wilson River frontage and the Siskeyville Boat Slide along Highway 6 at Mile Marker 8 is located across from the property. The "Blue Hole," known for excellent fishing, on the Wilson River is located by the western end of the property. The tract has moderate to gentle topography along the riverfront, with several excellent camping sites. Sylvan Creek crosses the southeast corner of the property. There is currently no road access. It was helicopter logged by the Seller in 2005. The Douglas fir site class is II.

LOCATION: Township 1 South, Range 8 West, Sections 17 and 18, Tax Lots 100,1600,02600 and 2700. From Portland, take Highway 6 east to mile marker 8 (8 miles east of Tillamook) by Siskeyville Boat Slide. The property is located on the south side of Wilson River.
