The majority of Block B has been fertilized, and one-third has
had pre-commercial thinning which has improved productivity. The
property contains the highest concentration of reproduction with
453± acres, or 25% of the land, in the 1-20 year old age class and
1,239± acres, or 69% in pre-merchantable stands with the majority
of these lands in the 26 to 35 year old age class. The remaining
105 acres, or 6% of the lands, contain an estimated 1,490 MBF. It
is projected that in 20 years the growth will provide an additional
44± million board feet of merchantable timber for Block B.

Two of the tracts have frontage along Rock Creek and the Rock Creek
BLM mainline road. The lands along East Fork Rock Creek have excellent
access along BLM roads. Adjoining private lands are owned by Roseburg
Forest Products. Elevations range from 1,200± to 2,800± feet with
the highest elevations located east of Rock Creek.
