The Block B ownership of 1,938± acres contains three individual tracts of 1,295± acres, 325± acres and 318± acres, with an estimated 2.27 miles of Rock Creek and 2.4 miles of East Fork Rock Creek frontage. The lands in Section 11 are part of a Salmonid Habitat Restoration and Enhancement Project in cooperation with the State of Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. There may be additional opportunities for obtaining conservation or recreation values with easements and/or development of a private camp or sites for several seasonal cabins along Rock Creek.
