The Seller has structured this Sealed Bid Offering with the option for bids to be submitted for Rock Creek Tree Farm in its entirety, or in a combination of any one or multiple of Blocks A, B, C, and D, ranging in size from 1,653± acres to 4,381± acres.

Seller has projected a 20-year harvest volume for Rock Creek Tree Farm that could range from 168,000± MBF to 179,000± MBF, depending upon a 40 or 45 year rotation. The 15 year harvest volumes in the aggregate could exceed 136,000± MBF, providing flexibility to meet market conditions.
